My training regimen has been as precise and intense as possible. I have been exercising 7 days a week. I do an intense AM lift followed by afternoon cardio 3-4 days a week. My diet is definitely not one that I am accustomed to. My macros have been adjusted so that I do not jeopardize my milk supply (Yes, the jugs are huge, I know. Get over it 😏). Feeding my son from my body is my #1 priority. I have plenty of time to be shreeddy. ☺️
So, for now I am eating for my dude and gaining as much muscle as possible 🤞🏼. #5monthspostpartum

You can tell the kcals are getting higher, new PB on the bench today, 120kg for 6 reps. Never go below 5 reps. The lowest I'll go is 6-8 but even then I'm doing 8 sets with one at the end being slow, controlled with pauses on both isometric parts of the rep. ABS AND HIIT CARDIO DAY 🔥🔥 here are two of my favorite ab exercises. Like legit the bottom of the bosu ball is wet from my sweat droplets 😂😂 I like to use the bosu ball to modify with the ab wheel because lbs I'm not that strong yet 😂😂 but I'm getting there! The second clip is good HIIT cardio with the burpees and then a great arm workout that also burns your core because your body is trying to keep itself stabilized! Ab/cardio day sucks but I always feel so great after :) •
