💡THE DIFFERENCE LIGHTING CAN MAKE!💡Do you ever feel pretty happy with your body one moment, but then you see yourself in different lighting and suddenly those happy feelings fade away and insecurity hits you?😔 NOT NECESSARY AT ALL!🙅🏻
Let me tell you one thing; it's 100% normal that your body looks different when the lighting changes. It happens to all of us since we simply can't bring that "perfect" lighting around with us. The reason why it seems like all "insta models" do look "amazing" all the time is just cause they only post pictures with lighting that they like🤷🏻♀️
I like my body equally in these pictures, simply cause both are my body and both are beautiful💕 Ok except for the fact that my eyes make me look like a demon on the left😅 It's probably cause I'd died from flexing too hard😂
I used to get upset if my abs didn't show in pics but now I know it's just simple physics. In the left picture there's an artificial light shining so bright that most shades dissapear💡 on the right there's only natural light leaving room for shades which give that definition💁🏻
Whether or not your definition will show is all about the brightness and angle of the light source!!!💡☀️
Know that your body is beautiful in all lights, all shapes, all colors and just all everything! Own your body for it's the only one you'll ever have!❤
Oh and for the caption obviouses; yes these are different pictures but they were taken at the same time of the day. I'm flexing in both and my pose is the same. As far as it's possible to stand exactly the same way though😅 Sadly I don't have an assistant so I really did have to move myself to turn on that light💡 🤷🏻♀️

I took this the other day and I felt so embarrased by how bloated I was and how I looked. This happens far too often and I still get the same negative feelings, to be honest. It is discouraging when your eating healthy, exercising, making sure your drinking enough water, getting enough sleep and fee your doing everything right and still end up unable to fit in your clothes or want to even leave the house. But this is reality, and an issue I am still trying to work through. It is painful. Sometimes I have woken up in the middle of the night hunched over, boiling hot, lost my hearing, feeling like I'm going to vomit and once, even fainted from the pain. If anyone else gets like this, I understand how bad it can make you feel about yourself. But it's probably mostly out of your control, unfortunately. I feel mine is probably hormonal and definitely thyroid related since everything in my body is currently running slow. Please don't give up, there's always an answer. I was once told by a doctor that my dry skin, hair falling out, bloating, random weight gain, missing periods, extreme mood swings, and the inability to find energy for nearly anything was because I needed to eat more vegetables (lol wtf) so yeah, keep going!
There's a lesson in everything - and I'm trying to take this episode in my life as a lesson to learn to love my body and my insecurities despite what I look like - because I literally came out of the womb as an insecure prone kid 🙄😂
I think we can become so use to see people at their 'best' and think that's how they look all the time, and that's simply not true. You have no idea what people have done to look like that, and that is why comparison is the devil! I think you would be surprised how common stomach issues are (and i feel like it's my bloody mission to find out why 😂) but just know there is so many of us, and this is my reality sometimes and I need to accept that! ☺

I know I have this meal either for breakfast or lunch pretty much everyday, but every time I have it I'm reminded why 😍 Dark rye sourdough topped with avo, 2 herby fried eggs + sautéed tamari veggies 🥑🍳🍃 Now excuse me whilst I get my carb-blockers 🙄🤦🏼♀️ (Still not over this - WTF are "carb-blockers" & why are people promoting such BS for cash?! Quick smoothie before a short NH road trip 🚕🚗I made my sweet potato banana smoothie (recipe 2 posts back) and topped it with @lovegrown chocolate comet crispies- this cereal is made of BEANS! You can't even taste the bean taste, it tastes like coco cripsies. If you're a cereal addict like me, I would definitely make the swith to Love Grown 🎯🍫 #whatdafrenchtoast#realfoodrealcolors
Heyyyy chickens, Sunday upper body workout done and I've posted what I did on my story for yaaaallll, I'm impressed with my story usage lately 😂.. let me know if it's helpful or just plain annoying.. I'm sure some of you will have no problem speaking your mind as I discovered on yesterday's post 😂😂😂😂. I totally get a lot of people may lie about progress photos so people are sceptical and critical of photos that maybe don't look legit which is fine, but to post passive aggressive comments straight out telling me I'm lieing about my progress, on a photo that wasn't even a progress photo and clearly stated that in the caption is jus comical 😂😂😂, think they learnt their lesson to read the caption before being a arse and failing miserably 🤦🏻♀️. Luckily I don't care, if I put myself out there I make myself vulnerable to people that weren't taught if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it 😁 and I'm aware of that so can deal with the not so nice chickens on here, but some people put content out there to help people and aren't as thick skinned as me so if your going to put a nasty comment, at least read the caption first, then maybe question what benefit your comment is going to bring before you release your finger on that post button 🙄. Anyway, for the majority of you lovely kind people who take the time to read a caption before sharing your feedback, I love you allllllll and I'm glad the post reminded you to love yoooself so will try do similar posts every now and then so you don't forget the reality behind this fabulous platform ❤️

Had this latte & Danish pastry after this mornings spin class 🚲
Sometimes it's nice to just have what you fancy & straight after a high intensity workout is the best time to indulge in those carbs 😋
I've been lacking some motivation in the gym lately so have been trying out some classes to keep me on track 💪
Spinning / Body-pump / Grid Fit, are great for burning fat & you can be in & out the gym in under an hour 😁
