Well deserved rest day for me today but I absolutely LOVED yesterday's class at @corecollective (once I actually made it there - thanks TFL)🙄
I can really see a dip in my fitness levels when I have time off classes such as Velocity🙈
I never dedicate time to cardio such as running because I would quite frankly rather stick pins in my eyes😵
So doing classes such as this, which involve interval training, are my absolute FAV way to get my heart rate up📈
Cardio without realising it's cardio.. win win for me!🙊
Find what you love and it'll never seem like a chore.. Because why do something you hate, right?🤷🏽♀️

Started today's back day with a few good deads, after discussions with my training partner if we should even do them or not. We decided too. Here's how my deads went (on an empty stomach)
2 warm-up sets of 60kg
100 × 10
140 × 10
180 × 8
220 × 2 (video)
140 × 15
140 × 17? (video)
Last set was just a blowout, I stopped due to the fact I was puffed out. Could have got a few more reps in there but lack of cardio got me struggling 😥.
Not a bad effort for not doing deads for very long. I have always shy'd away from them but decided I better harden up and start hitting them.

Richtig! Aus Gewohnheit, Regelmäßigkeit und Konsequenz folgt der Erfolg🎉. Nur durch die richtige Mischung aus Training, Ernährung, Stress und Erholung wird das Meisterwerk entstehen😌🙏🏻. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Das Training lehrt uns auch, Probleme und Widerstände direkt anzupacken und zu lösen, anstatt sie immer weiter aufzuschieben.
Sich um die anstrengenden Grundbewegungen im Workout zu drücken um stattdessen unkontrollierte Bizeps- Curls zu perfektionieren, mag bequemer sein, aber dementsprechend wird auch das Resultat aussehen🤷🏼♀️. Wer diese Lehre nicht im Training zieht, wird nicht viel aus dem Training mitnehmen... sowohl in physischer wie auch in psychischer Hinsicht💁🏼♂️.

We're still in it. The 3rd-9th teams at the #CaliforniaRegional are all incredibly close in points. Within 20 points of each other. We're ready to bring it on Day 3.
