Hi everyone! Christi here from @bazaarlazarr and I’m so excited to be with you this week. 💃🏻🎉 So let’s kick it off with some bacony goodness! A bacon lattice topped with fried eggs and sliced avocado has got me pretty excited to start this Monday! I always have bacon and eggs in the house, and this is such a great way to turn a standard breakfast into something fun!
Bacon Lattice with Fried Eggs & Avocado
8oz. package of Paleo Bacon
Large Eggs (amount will depend on you)
1 Avocado, sliced
Salt, Pepper, Aleppo Pepper
Roast Your Bacon
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F
2. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil
3. Make a lattice with your bacon
4. Place in oven and roast for 25 minutes
5. Line a plate with paper towels
6. Remove from the oven and move your bacon to the paper towel lined plate
Fry Your Eggs:
1. Crack your eggs into ramekins
2. Place large non-stick skillet over medium heat
3. Add the ghee, and evenly coat the surface of the pan
4. Add your eggs into the pan
5. Do not touch your eggs, let them cook for a few minutes until the whites set
6. Now, loosely cover your pan and lower your heat. The steam is going to finish setting your eggs
7. Check them in 3-4 minutes
8. As your eggs are done, move them to a plate
Place the bacon lattice on a platter, top with eggs and sliced avocado. Season with salt, black pepper and/or aleppo pepper.

Raw brownie bites anyone? 😻 I am experimenting a lot in my kitchen lately (which is pretty exhausting but also a lot of fun 😁) and this was my first try of making raw brownies. 😍 I have two different baked brownie recipes on my blog (elavegan.com) but wanted to create a raw version.
These brownie bites are of coursen vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, yummy 👅 and they are healthy as they contain lots of Omega-3 fatty acids. I want to try out another version once I finish these 😋 and then I will decide which recipe I will share. I am a lil perfectionist which often sucks as I am never 100% satisfied, haha. 😁 Do you prefer raw or baked brownies?

🌴Holiday snack diary 🌴
For whatever reason I find holidays and time away from home the easiest to stay on track when it comes to food. Being a chocaholic, I often question why I make it for a living... I'm sure the last place an alcoholic would work is at a pub or bottle shop 😂 so being away from 🍫 and the never ending temptation is doing me the world of good at the moment. Perhaps I need to find a new career 🤔💡 Anyway, here are my go to snacks for the next couple of weeks... other suggestions are always welcome 🙏🏼 🍓half a punnet of strawberries... great if you have a sweet tooth, low in calories, high in volume.
🍓protein choc bliss balls... found these at the local general store, but I'm going to make a batch of @_sarahwilson_ superfoods protein balls to keep us going for the next week or so. 🍓@chobaniaupassionfruit Greek yoghurt... high in protein and also good for a sweet fix without too much sugar.
🍓Handful of a nut and seed mix... good fats, protein and always filling. 🍓@womensbest choc protein powder... if I do a midday workout, ill have this straight after for a good protein fix.
🍓a wrap filled with almond butter plus a decent dose of salt... and my fave snack of the bunch! A bit higher in calories but very filling and a good carb and fats fix. Very satisfying 👍🏼Credits to @cass.fit.healthy for this amazing post.

This is not perfection. LOL! This is real life! I've been sick for two weeks. Groceries were a must have today. So I decided to make lunch a super cheat today. Mini-tacos from Trader Joe's. With avocado and Greek yogurt. I'm thinking this will equal about 3 yellows, 1 red, and 1/2 purple. As well as possibly 3 tsp. .
Seriously, don't overthink it. I'll also make a side salad and get in a green. 🥗💚 .
You have to start somewhere and adjust from there. after so long of having no plan- I had to take it easy on myself and give myself some grace. @traderjoes
I call this the sad-no-more smoothie bowl. I've been having a tough day and needed a healthy pick me up that didn't require much effort. I chose Banana for potassium, blueberries for antioxidants, cashews to combat sadness, chia seeds for omega 3, and watermelon for kidney health. #vegan#paleo#healthy#organic#cleaneating#sadpandaday
